Arnaud’s fancy business book, Strategic Thinking in Complex Problem Solving, published by the very formal Oxford University Press, features a lost dog as its case study.

Animals have become commonplace in business fables—yet this book is a textbook, not a parable. The dog story doesn’t make for a very serious case for a very serious book, I say.
